TEAM REGISTRATION

 $65 includes; 9 holes, cart and lunch (Family Fun-bring the kids).
 

 $140 includes; 18 holes, cart, and dinner.
 

$180 includes; 9 holes, lunch, 18 holes, dinner and cart all day.

 

 

Full payment is due by MAY 24th 2026. 

All fees are to be submitted to mlmemorial30@gmail.com.

If you do not have a team, but wish to be placed on a team with other individual players, please check the box below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. I understand that my team's spot is not confirmed until the registration deposit (one player fee) has been received via e-transfer by mlmemorial30@gmail.com, and I have received a confirmation email.

  2. As the team captain, I understand that I am responsible for filling the other three spots on my team (if they are not already filled), and I am required to email mlmemorial30@gmail.com to advise the organizers once they have been filled.

  3. As the team captain, I understand that if I have to withdraw my team from the tournament I must send an email to mlmemorial30@gmail.com to advise the organizers.

  5. I understand that my team will not receive a refund of the registration deposit if withdrawing after April 30, 2026

  6. I understand that my team will not receive a refund of their registration fees if withdrawing after JUNE 1, 2026.

  7. I understand that my team's full registration fees are due by MAY 24th 2026. If my team's fees are not received by this deadline, I understand that my team's spot will be open for another team to take and I will not receive a refund of any fees that have already been submitted.

  8. I understand the rules and regulations at the Iroquois Golf Club/within the golf course property and will play with in a respectful manner. 

  9. I understand there will NOT be outside coolers premitted.
